Deleting your Tanıtımcım account

You can delete your Tanıtımcım account and the data linked to it at any time, either inside the app or on the website. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app (Android / iOS)

1. Open the Tanıtımcım app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab in the bottom menu.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Review the summary of data to be deleted, enter your password and confirm with Delete my account.

On the website

1. Sign in at tanitimcim.com.
2. Open the Profile page.
3. In the Delete my account section at the bottom, enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted?

• Permanently deleted: name, e-mail, phone, address and profile details; your listings and their images; your store page; favourites; device and notification records; active sessions.
• Anonymised: chat messages and comments exchanged with other users. The content remains visible to the other party, but your name and identity are removed and shown as "deleted user".
• Retained for the legal period: package purchase, advertising and invoice records. These are commercial documents kept for the statutory period (10 years); they do not contain your name or contact details.

Requesting data deletion without closing your account

If you only want specific data removed (e.g. a listing, an image or chat history) without closing your account, e-mail info@tanitimcim.com from your registered address. Requests are handled within 30 days.
